SaveAsRedux is a free and open source SIMBL plug-in that will allow you to re-enable the classic "Save As" command to Auto Save apps in Mac OS X Lion/10.7. Although SaveAsRedux is a SIMBL plugin, it uses only public APIs. So it's only slightly hacky. SaveAsRedux shouldn't conflict with Auto Save/Duplicate functionality. No promises though.
