FourEyes3D is a 2-camera multiplexer for creating a live anaglyph (red/cyan) stereo output from two properly configured single camera inputs. The resulting image can be 'rebroadcast' as a virtual camera input and used with most Mac applications that support the built-in iSight camera. We've tested the stereo capability with pairs of Logitech 640x480 QuickCam Notebook Deluxe cameras.
