Everytime your system throws an alert beep at you, you'll be welcomed with a randomly picked sound effect instead. Sound Shuffler has two sound playing engines.One uses QuickTime to do the work, which means you can replace your system beep with any format sound that QuickTime supports. Examples are AIFF, MP3, WAV (Windows format), etc.The other engine is an updated version of the one used with the original Sound Shuffler for Mac OS Classic. This handles the older Mac style 'System 7' sounds. Just drop your sounds into the designated sounds folder, and Sound Shuffler begins using them in place of the beep immediately.
