VLB525 is a cross-platform audio plug-in inspired by the classic 525 compressor, a widely adopted tool in the record industry during the 70's. Moreover, VLB525 is a digital audio plug-in which provides various enhancements to the 525 hardware compressor: stereo link for stereo tracks and busses and adjustable attack time. VLB525 is designed after the 525 compressor hardware and simulates its electronic circuit. The non-linear parts are also emulated: discrete opamps, audio transformers or FET transistors. The resulting sounds will be greatly modified using all these parts.
