Arise is a small Mac app that allows you to use your iTunes music library when scheduling alarms. Arise resides in your status bar, so it is out of your way at all times, but it also provides quick access to most of its features: you get to create new alarms and timers in no time. In addition, the Arise main window also includes a stopwatch. Like with many other OS X utilities, the Arise installation procedure is reduced to dragging and dropping the application to your disk. Arise also comes with a main window where you can see a list comprising all defined alarms and timers, but accessing that panel is not necessary: you can simply use the menu.
