Burp is an easy to use application that encrypts and decrypts files using a strong cryptographic algorithm named "Blowfish". Burp can use either a long sentence-like passphrase, or a short (up to 16 random characters) key-string. Burp will normally read plaintext or ciphertext from one file and write its conjugate to another, but it will, optionally, read plaintext from the keyboard or write it to the screen, or encrypt file in-situ, overlaying the plaintext with the ciphertext.
