Conventional 'mouse keys' utiltiies don't offer direct replacement of all functions. Mouse clicking has been proven to be a major cause of the debilitating condition Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) Using keys instead can greatly reduce the strain. The Mac OS X version is using the F1 and F2 keys.
