MLSwitcher enables you to easily assign a combination of Control (?), Option (?), Command (?) and Shift (?) to every input source. You just need to select the required modifiers in front of input source and MLSwitcher will do the rest. Due to some OS X internals limitations MLSwitcher can not use Caps Lock in modifiers combinations though it's possible to map Caps Lock to Control and use it as Control modifier in order to avoid changing usage pattern.
