Flip4Mac XDCAM is a QuickTime component and Final Cut Pro plug-in that allows you to import and export MXF files from Sony XDCAM systems into Final Cut Pro for editing. Flip4Mac XDCAM supports DVCAM, MPEG IMX and HDV media files from the XDCAM system via an Ethernet connection and allows export of D10 constrained IMX30/40/50 media to XDCAM systems. Flip4Mac XDCAM Component provides direct ingest from Sony XDCAM Camcorders and Compact Decks for HDV, DV or IMX MPEG editing and export of IMX files back to Sony XDCAM devices. Flip4Mac XDCAM Component places a .mov file directly into your project bin. File transfer is performed over a Gigabit Ethernet connection for fast transfer high-res media files or low-res proxies.
